| New BPM resource - www.imrehegedus.com launched |

It has been some time in development but this site is now officially launched! After some 15 years employed in a professional business environment focussed predominantly on business improvement and process management, I have established my own Professional Services and Consulting Practice. Since leaving the corporate world in early 2006 I have undertaken a number of consultancy engagements, continued to establish BPM Chapters in Australia and globally, and contributed to the BPM Group as a Principal and thought leader. All this has been very satisfying and in many ways is what I have been working toward without really knowing it.
Those who know me, know of my passion in regards to process and change management, systems thinking, business excellence, quality teams, models and methods. Seeking to make a positive difference to individuals and organisations through process and systems thinking. www.imrehegedus.com is all this - it is my virtual office for my consulting practice as well as a portal and resource base for others interested in (and hopefully practicing) process and change management. This site is testament to my professional life to date and a commitment to continuing the focus on BPM into the future. I look forward to continuing to contribute to the process field and trust that you will join me in some way on the journey - whether as a client, as a subscriber, a business partner, a contributor, or just as a regular visitor to this site.
