Process Improvement No doubt spurred by the high profile of Six Sigma over recent years these roles seek candidates with skills and experience in process improvement methodologies usually couple with a strong project management discipline. Business Process Analysts, Process Improvement Managers and specialists, Business Improvement Consultants,.. Operational Process Management Roles requiring individuals with business operational skills to actually manage and improve processes as part of business-as-usual; often requiring management skills and still emphasizing the project management component. Process Managers Process Analysts, Process Management Specialists,... Strategic Process Management Becoming more prevalent these roles tend to focus on 'transformation' and 'organisational change' skills and are generally more senior consultant or managerial roles.
