Business Process Analyst
Melbourne - Australia: reece

An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join a market leading company committed to investing heavily in information technology.

A key part of this role involves documenting the current state of the company from high-level process maps, through to detailed activity diagrams, ideally using BPMN.

You must have the ability to liaise with key business stakeholders in the discovery process for business change. You will be required to translate these into structured and documented use case requirements for IT projects.

A clear understanding of business objectives, priorities, issues and needs is fundamental to this role. You will have a demonstrable knowledge of the full project lifecycle and an understanding of project management methodologies. Your communication skills must be strong, demonstrating the ability to work with a variety of people with varying personalities and skill levels.

Business Process Consultant-Service Designer

The ideal candidate will have deep software consulting experience in customer facing roles and process consulting experience.

Key Role and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate business process design sessions and customer education on the newScale product and/or industry methodologies related to IT, Facilities, Telecom, etc.

HR Business Process Manager - Human Resources
Sydney - Australia: Sinclair Knight Merz

Reporting to the GM HR and working with Finance & IS, the role will manage the development, administration and improvement of the HR business processes and manage the HRIS to support and enable those processes. You will be required to:
  • Review the existing HRIS (Alesco) and the business processes it supports
  • Review the existing HR business processes and how they interact with the rest of the company
  • Develop an HR business process model that will improve accuracy, reliability, efficiency and service
You will have:
  • Proven aptitude for analysis of business processes and defining the way IS systems support those processes
  • Proven experience with Alesco or other HRIS (or mid-sized system implementations) in a large corporate environment

Workflow Automation Manager - National Operations Division
