View on BPM A method for delivering value to stakeholders, by measuring and improving high value processes.
Presentation This is an interactive session aimed at uncovering the key interest areas, challenges and lessons learnt around BPM implementations. During this session Robin will present information on selected key BPM implementation areas, such as governance, process modelling etc, based on his own experience at Swinburne University. He will then encourage the group to participate by identifying and discussing challenges and lessons learnt within each area, from their own BPM experience.
As the session progresses, Robin will capture information, such as slides and key notes, to form a comprehensive set of presentation notes that will be sent out at the end of the conference. Robin hopes that by doing this, you (the participants) will be able to put down your pens and put up your arms, as you engage with and contribute to this interactive session.
