Presentation
Foster's embarked on a Business Process Management journey 18 months ago as the cornerstone of a global transformational program. This presentation highlights the main components required to make BPM an organisational asset. One of the main factors discussed is the paradigm shift required across the whole organisation to embrace the required cultural, project and operational changes to existing processes. IT is in a unique position to use BPM to create value for the whole corporation.
