This presentation covers an overview of the current state of adoption an use of Business Process Management (BPM) practice in Australian organisations. The contents of this presentation are based on the result of the findings of the BPM survey conducted by Centre for Industry and Innovation Studies (CInIS) at the University of Western Sydney (UWS in September 2007. This presentation covers a detailed analysis of the findings of this study aiming to assist organisations:
