Ark Group Australia have released their BPM "Connected Forum" programme. More interactive than a standard conference, this year the forum will have the theme of "Strategic Business Process Management".

Once again I am proud to be chairing the Connected Forum and I will also be running a half-day pre-conference workshop and a half-day post-conference workshop for the event.
