Quality Fundamentals | Thought Leadership | Practice Leadership
This seminar "Systems and Processes" is the first in a series based on W. Edwards Deming's "System of Profound Knowledge" recognising that improved performance results from a deep understanding of four integrated concepts:
1. Systems and Processes (Seminar 1) 2. Data and Variation 3. Theory of Knowledge 4. Psychology
It is widely recognised that these four areas of knowledge provide a solid and proven framework to guide and sustain the continuous improvement efforts of any organisation.
The seminars are designed to be highly interactive sessions where participants will learn new methods and tools by actually applying them over the two days. There will be a mix of:
- presentations - workshops - Industry Keynotes (Finance, Government and Education sectors) - a half-day process simulation exercise!
Based on Quality Improvement, Change and Process Management Principles, this Seminar will provide participants with new insights and improved practices.
